Regular Exercise is Key!

Good morning, team!  If I were to tell you that you could have the heart health of a 40 year old and the muscular fitness of someone in their 20s when you're in your 70s, would you want to know more?  Most likely, that's a big, fat YES!


A recent study compared heart health and muscular fitness among three groups of healthy people: 75 years old lifelong exercisers, 75 year old adults without a regular exercise habit and 25 year old regular exercisers.  The researchers showed that people who exercise regularly year after year have better overall health - 75 year old men and women have similar cardiovascular health to 40 year olds and muscular health to people in their mid-20s.

Regular exercise is the key to maintaining youthfulness!!!  Pass it on!!!
