PERSONAL TRAINING and HEALTH COACHING
I offer in person and live streamed one-on-one Personal Training/Health Coaching sessions in my private studio at The Woodstock Rec Center. My studio is as clean as clean can be - no mask needed while we work together in my training space.
My goals are to help people move better, feel happier, and improve their quality of life.
Your first session will include a consultation where I assess how your body moves. We'll discuss your goals and motivation and then I'll develop an individual plan for you. We can meet weekly, every other week, or monthly.
I'm all about form, function, and fun. I want you to be your best you, to drink water, to sleep well, to eat nourishing and healthy food, to move your body, and to feel in control of your life. What and Where: HIIT @ home - live-streamed via Zoom
HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training. Our HIIT workout mixes short bursts of activity with even shorter rest periods. Ideally, you work to your maximum capacity during the short burst of activity. Your goal is to push yourself to 90 percent of your personal max in the intense interval, which varies among individuals. The only person that you’re competing with in this class is you! You do you, as they say.
HIIT is efficient; since you’re working to your max, you burn more calories and more fat in less time. HIIT, compared to steady-paced workouts, has a higher afterburn effect, meaning you continue to burn calories after your workout for a longer period of time. HIIT workouts also increase your endurance, by improving your body’s ability to consume and utilize oxygen. Health-wise, HIIT improves your cardiovascular health, resting heart rate and blood pressure, cholesterol profile, and insulin sensitivity (which helps fight type 2 diabetes). You will not regret that hour of work you put in, I promise!! :)

What and Where: HIIT Yoga Fusion @ home - live-streamed via Zoom
Combining cardio with stretching has developed into a distinctive new class that allows HIIT-enthusiasts to work on their flexibility and yoga-lovers a chance to get their heart rate up. HIIT Yoga Fusion is a 60 minute class designed to help your entire body function better, prevent injuries, and improve athletic performance.
The goal is to increase your heart rate through HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) as fast and as high as possible in the shortest amount of time and then lower your heart rate through yoga and breath. This alternating rise and fall of your heart rate works the cardiovascular system - improving heart health and oxygen consumption. You also get the added benefit of stretching the muscles through yoga directly after you work them - improving posture, lung capacity, and range of motion.
Come to class with a yoga mat, water, and a towel (to wipe your lovely sweat) - sneakers are optional. Leave feeling calm, empowered, present, and clear.

What and Where: PiYo @ home - live-streamed via Zoom
PiYo is seriously the missing piece in your health and fitness puzzle.
PiYo is not really Pilates. PiYo is not really yoga. PiYo is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates with the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. During a PiYo class, you will find yourself standing in a yoga pose one minute and then down on the floor in a push up the next.
PiYo is kind of like barefoot bootcamp.
PiYo is a pre-designed, body weight, mat-based workout. In this class, you will continuously move and flow from one exercise to another. You will keep your heart rate up, breath deeply, improve your balance, and center your mind. PiYo will make your stronger, more flexible and more resilient, I promise.

How do I pay for classes and training sessions?
Please pay for your class or sessions prior to your hour with me or directly after. You can also pay for your session at the beginning of each week. Please stay current with payments.

How do I get access to Zoom live-streamed classes?
1. Sign up for class at least 12 hours in advance by emailing me at email@example.com.
2. Sign up for a Zoom account if you don't already have one. It's super easy and free. If you are using a laptop, go to - if you are using phone or iPad, you can download the Zoom app in the App Store.
3. You will receive an invitation to join the Zoom class via your email approximately 1 hour before class begins. Please make sure that I have your current email address. Click on the zoom link a few minutes before class begins and if it’s your first time joining via Zoom, sign on earlier to make sure that your video works properly.
4. Mute your Zoom microphone when you join the group.
5. If you haven't done so already, please request the mandatory online waiver form which I will email to you.
