I offer in person and live streamed one-on-one Personal Training/Health Coaching sessions in my private studio at The Woodstock Rec Center.   


My goals are to help people move better, feel happier, and improve their quality of life. 


Your first session will include a consultation where I assess how your body moves. We'll discuss your goals and motivation and then I'll develop an individual plan for you. We can meet weekly, every other week, or monthly. 


I'm all about form, function, and fun. I want you to be your best you, to drink water, to sleep well, to eat nourishing and healthy food, to move your body, and to feel in control of your life. HIIT in person and on Zoom

HIIT, an acronym for high-intensity interval training, is a workout that mixes short bursts of activity with even shorter rest periods. Ideally the participant works to their maximum capacity during the activity, many times by lifting weights, and recovers as best they can during the rest. HIIT workouts increase your endurance, by improving your body’s ability to consume and utilize oxygen.  HIIT also improves cardiovascular health, bone density, resting heart rate and blood pressure, muscular strength, cholesterol profile, and insulin sensitivity.

The only person that you’re competing with in this class is you!  You do you, as they say.

Power Pilates in person and Zoom


This full body workout uses pilates inspired exercises and light resistance for added intensity. Power Pilates is designed to improve strength, range of motion, balance, and stability with a focus on proper form and alignment. Expect to sweat and feel the burn in all the right places, one controlled movement at a time!!!


Come to class with a yoga mat, water, a very light set of weights (2 or 3 pounds max) and a towel (to wipe your lovely sweat) - sneakers are optional. Leave feeling calm, empowered, present, and clear.

PiYo in person and on Zoom


PiYo is seriously the missing piece in your health and fitness puzzle.   


PiYo is kind of like barefoot bootcamp. It is neither pilates, nor yoga. It is a choreographed hybrid that combines the two workouts— the mind/body practices of yoga with the principles of stretch, strength-training, conditioning and dynamic movement. Participants will continuously move and flow from one exercise to another to keep the heart rate up, breathe deeply, improve balance and center the mind.  PiYo will make you stronger, more resilient and increase your flexibility, I promise.


Thursdays 12-1 pm: In person at The Woodstock Athletic Club and on Zoom

Cost: members are free, non-members $25

Cardio Dance in person and on Zoom

Get your cardio on while dancing to a variety of music such as pop, world, and hip hop. No dance experience needed. In this 45 minute express class, you'll move and groove and sweat out your stress, using cardio-pumping dance moves to strengthen and sculpt your body. It's just like a fun dance party with friends. I promise that you'll be smiling and feeling joy the rest of the night!

How do I pay for classes and training sessions?


Please pay for your class or sessions prior to your hour with me or directly after.  You can also pay for your session at the beginning of each week. Please stay current with payments.

How do I get access to Zoom live-streamed classes?


1. Sign up for class at least 12 hours in advance by emailing


2. Sign up for a Zoom account if you don't already have one. It's super easy and free. If you are using a laptop, go to - if you are using phone or iPad, you can download the Zoom app in the App Store.


3. You will receive an invitation to join the Zoom class via your email approximately 1 hour before class begins. Please make sure that I have your current email address. Click on the zoom link a few minutes before class begins and if it’s your first time joining via Zoom, sign on earlier to make sure that your video works properly.


4. Mute your Zoom microphone when you join the group. 


5. If you haven't done so already, please request the mandatory online waiver form which I will email to you.
