SoulShine Policies & Schedule

Good morning to all! Today seems like the perfect day to go over a couple of SoulShine policies concerning classes and sessions. Please take a moment to read. Thanks!!

SoulShine Classes:

Please sign up for the class(es) you'd like to take each week by emailing I know that things come up and plans change, so if you've signed up for a class and can't make it, please let me know 24 hours in advance. No shows for a booked class will be charged.

If you've signed up for a class, I will send out an email (by 6:30 am) on that day with a Zoom link for the virtual SoulShiners and any information you may need for that particular class.

Please arrive to class on time making sure to give yourself a few minutes to set up your area and get your body ready. Things to bring to class: mat, weights and water.

Classes are $12 for those of you who have booked in advance and drop ins are $15.

You have a few options for payment. Please remember to stay current, paying for your classes/session each week.

SoulShine Personal Training/Health Coaching Sessions:

Please let me know at least one week in advance if you won’t be able to make your session due to travel/appointments/obligations. This will give me enough time to try to fill your spot.

I understand that things come up. If you have to cancel your session at the last minute due to an obligation, please try to give 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled within that 24 hour period will be charged. See below for sickness policy.

For the next month or so I will have some openings in my schedule for personal training sessions, due to client vacations. Reach out if you’re interested in a one-on-one sesh to work on form & function, dialing in your goals, or both!

Sickness Policy:

If you or any member of your household is exhibiting symptoms of COVID, or have recently been exposed, please let me know prior to your class or session. If you or any member of your household is sick (cold, vomiting/diarrhea, cough, runny nose, congestion, fever, sore throat, headache, body ache, fatigue), please let me know prior to your class or session.

My top priority is to keep our studio and classroom spaces safe while leading you through a workout that works for you!!! Please know that if you have to cancel a class or a session due to sickness (you or someone in your household), you will NOT be charged. I will applaud and thank you for keeping our team healthy.

Monday: No Class

Tuesday: HIIT @ The Little Theater and on Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am

Wednesday: Cardio Dance @ The Little Theater and on Zoom - 5:15-6 pm

Thursday: PiYo @ The Athletic Club and on Zoom - 12-1 pm

Friday: HIIT @ The Little Theater and on Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am
