One of the coolest things about SoulShine is that geography can’t stop us! Each week I teach five classes - two HIITs, Power Pilates, Cardio Dance, and PiYo - and people join not only from Vermont, but from California, Washington, New York, and Maine… sometimes from hotel rooms, sometimes from home. The other day, I was scrolling on social media and saw a post from someone else in the fitness industry that said, “all the hot moms are doing it.” And I felt it immediately - that quiet nope in my body.
