SoulShiners,
I’ve spent a lot of time in “go mode.” Building, working, thinking about what’s next. And while there’s nothing wrong with that, I’m realizing how easy it is to miss the life you’re working so hard to build.
So right now, I’m practicing something different - settling my bod, slowing my mind, and giving my nervous system a chance to downshift….and actually enjoy what’s already here.
Less rushing.
Actually noticing.
Enjoying it.
