Listen To Your Body
Listen to your body. With our booked calendars, our free moments to just chill and listen can be pretty infrequent though. Here’s my 2 cents for this week:
Stop for a minute and listen. Do you need more sleep? Does your body want more water? Does your mind need to go sit outside and just be? Do you need to move more or stretch more or connect with others more? Do you need to eat less sugar and more fruits and veggies? Listen to your body and do what it says. Trust it’s voice.
