What's Your Plan?

Happy Sunday! I hope that you are all rested and ready to begin this week on the best foot possible! With it being vacation week for the kiddos, I'm wondering who will be attending classes this week? I have a few spots open for sessions as well. Please take a moment and let me know your plan.

As I do each year, I'm also asking you to let me know if the messages that I send to you are no longer helpful to you and to your motivation. I hope that's not the case but I will totally understand if it is. It's important to our psyche to make sure that the things that we read, view, and are surrounded by are things that make us feel better, happier, and more satisfied with ourselves. Eliminate the things that bring you down or make you feel dissatisfied with YOU. If you are still on Team SoulShine and would like to be on the list, WONDERFUL

. If not, I totally get it...promise. XO :) AND if you change your mind (either way) at any point, let me know. I'm here for you...yes, this is my job BUT...I really am here to help you to be better and feel better. End of story.

Here's our schedule for this week:

Monday - HIIT at The Rec - 9:15-10:15 am ***note time change***

Tuesday - PiYo at The Rec - 8:15-9:15 am

Thursday - PiYo at The Rec - 12-1 pm (hoping for more peeps....only one lovely participant last week. Cory got a personal PiYo session!!) :)

Friday - HIIT at The Rec - 8:15-9:15 am
