HIIT increases blood flow to the brain, which is important for delivering the oxygen and glucose needed for optimal performance. A HIIT workout will increase alertness and productivity, if you’re feeling tired, I promise.

HIIT can get your brain into a flow state - a positive and focused mindset that carries over into other aspects of your daily life.

Finally, completing a challenging HIIT workout can help give you the confidence to accomplish other daunting tasks - the “I’ve got this” attitude!!
