Helloooooooooo!!! Hope you’re staying as warm as you can. Seriously, my house has not been over like 53 degrees all day. I’m bundled! I keep seeing birds and turkeys and squirrels and I’m feeling so sad for them. BUT it looks like we’re getting some snow so yahoooooooooooo!!! I’m ready for that.
I’m so happy to report that my wellness program/goal setting/pilot 5 all found success and now I’ve figured out how to move forward. As most of you know, I am a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor but for 8 years I’ve also been a certified Health Coach. I use this knowledge to help my in person clients but have never been strictly a Health Coach. I’m ready to begin that facet of my business and will do that virtually.
Tomorrow I will begin a 21 day wellness program for 5 motivated people. This is how it goes….we will begin tomorrow with a 15ish minute chat to set goals and establish how the first week will proceed. We will then connect daily, hourly, every other day (whatever you wish) via text so that you can show me your progress and so that I can support you in whatever way I can. Think of it as unlimited text support. If this isn’t a way to stay accountable, I’m not sure what is. :) We will then meet weekly via virtual chat and continue on with daily text support. After the 21 day period, my hope is that you will have established some solid and healthy habits and that you’re ready to do this wellness thing on your own. The 21 day wellness program is $150.
