This week’s focus is on micro-sucks - those little moments of resistance that build grit and tenacity. Picture a train track: on one end is apathy (low energy, low motivation) and on the other is tenacity (determination, willpower, passion). Every small, hard thing you push through moves your “motivation train” toward the tenacious end.
The secret? Do the thing you don’t feel like doing. Park farther away, unroll your yoga mat even when you’d rather flop on the couch, send that difficult email, prep the coffee for tomorrow, fold and put away the laundry, wash the dishes right after dinner, skip the late-night snack, or finish your workout strong. These micro-sucks add up - over time, they make you stronger in body and mind.
