Hey Team!
Want to live longer and better? Let’s talk about strengthspan and healthspan - how long we stay strong, capable, and independent.
As we age, we naturally lose muscle mass, but that doesn’t mean we’re powerless. In fact, strength training is one of the most powerful tools we have to slow down that decline - and boost confidence, stability, and quality of life.
Research shows that lifting weights 2-3x a week helps protect against falls, fractures, fatigue, and even chronic disease. And the best part? It’s never too late to start. With just a few full-body movements like squats, rows, and presses, we can build strength that lasts.
We’re in it for the long haul - strong muscles, steady energy, and the freedom to keep doing what we love.
Let’s keep showing up for our future selves,
Jode xo
