In just 13 days, I turn 50.š«
And if Iām being honest, itās still something Iām learning how to welcome - with confidence, clarity, and a little courage.
We live in a world that throws around terms like anti-aging - as if getting older is a problem to solve instead of a gift to carry. But Iām not interested in fighting time.
Iām interested in thriving through it.
Because aging has taught me what truly matters:
āØMovement that feels good
š„Food that nourishes
š“Rest that restores
šGetting outside, every day
š«Real connection over small talk
šChoosing joy over perfection
The science is clear: what helps us live longer - and better - isnāt found in a bottle or a quick fix. Itās found in how we care for ourselves, every single day.
So this week - and every week - Iām choosing to protect my energy, nurture my body, and move through life with meaning.
Hereās where you can join me:
Monday: HIIT @ the Little Theater + Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am
Tuesday: Power Pilates @ the Little Theater + Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am
Wednesday: Cardio Dance @ the Little Theater - 5:15-6 pm
Thursday: PiYo @ Woodstock Athletic Club - 12-1 pm
Friday: HIIT @ the Little Theater + Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am
Letās move together. Letās celebrate what our bodies can do.
Letās age out loud - strong, focused, and ready for whatever comes next,
šJodeš
