slow it down!
Good morning to all of you. I'm having a hard time wrapping my brain around the fact that the holidays are already upon us. When I was young I remember hearing adults say "time flies" but I didn't really understand what that meant until now. Time does fly!
I ADORE this time of year and want to relish every moment, so in light of this "new" development, I'm going to try to slow time down in the following ways:
I will try my hardest to consistently stay present in conversations and experiences. I will drink all of the water and some of the alcohol. I will eat all of the green things and some of the sweets. I will move my body until I sweat, on most days, and go to bed early. I will keep my brain organized by keeping a list of tasks and responsibilities and then drawing a big, fat line through them when they're accomplished (oh, what a magical feeling!!!). Finally (but most likely I'll think of others), I will love my loves, support anyone who needs supporting and remember to feel grateful for all of my blessings.

How will you finish up 2021? What are your goals? Will you wake up on Jan. 1 feeling healthy and strong and robust? I hope so! Come up with your plan now. You'll thank yourself later. Let's finish strong!!!
