Take a minute now to make a plan for this week. Schedule in your sweaty exercise sessions and create a healthy meal plan. Setting this week's goals today will help you stay on track tomorrow and the next day and the day after that, boosting your willpower.

Here's our schedule for this week and please note the changes:


Monday - HIIT at The Rec - 8:15-9:15 am

Tuesday - PiYo at The Rec - 8:15-9:15 am

Thursday - HIIT Cardio class with Carly at The Athletic Club - 12-1 pm

Friday - NO HIIT - sorry!
