📱Posture + Presence📱

Got my snow tires put on this week and sat in this tiny waiting room with 6 other people. 6 chairs. All full.



No one talking.



Every single head down, shoulders rounded, phones glowing.


(Yes… me too.)


Then I looked up and realized:


we all had the same exact posture - collapsed chest, jutting neck, curved spine.
Text neck in full force.



But then something sweet happened: one person broke the silence… then another… and suddenly we were all chatting about how long our cars were taking.



Human connection for the win.❤️



Here’s your reminder👇


✨Your head weighs 12 lbs


✨At 45 degrees forward, your neck is holding 50–60 lbs


✨That “phone posture” can cause headaches, neck/back pain, and even reduce lung capacity



But we can fix it:


1️⃣Bring the phone UP to your eyes


2️⃣Keep a neutral spine


3️⃣Schedule little digital timeouts (your neck + nervous system will thank you)


We are happiest when we’re fully engaged in what we’re doing.


Lift your head. Look around.
