Develop your routine! Make your resolution realistic so that it’s both attainable and sustainable. Nail down new habits now by setting incremental goals, using checkpoints in order to get to the larger goal. If you find that you’re not holding yourself accountable, find a friend that is willing to help you and remember that making small changes is best when you’re just starting out.
