Hello to all of you. These past few weeks have been very difficult for some of the people who I love and so I figured that now would be a good time to repost an article from last year on stress and how to deal with it. Although it will take you a bit of time to read, I think that it's well worth it. Take care of yourself today, please. Read on and figure out a few coping mechanisms that will help you live a more successful life.
Get moving, connect to others, engage your senses, learn to relax, eat a health diet, and get your rest.
