Good morning to all of you and I hope that you've had a really nice week.
Remember in last week's email how I spoke of slowing down time and relishing every moment of this holiday season? Well, I found a new way that wasn't listed. I got COVID!!! I woke up last Monday morning super duper sick (even after having a booster) and then felt pretty awful until Thursday. I'm now on the up and up and will end my quarantine on Tuesday. Contacting all of my close contacts was the worst part! Thankfully, at this point, everyone outside of my family has tested negative.
Here's the deal with classes/sessions this week. I will teach classes on Monday and Tuesday via Zoom and then be in person for classes/sessions on Wed, Th, and Fr. My energy and wind are not back to normal so I am going to listen to my body and go slower than you. :):) Let me know what your plan is for this week so I can have a clear idea of what I'm working with and with whom, pretty please.
Monday - HIIT on Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am
Tuesday - HYF on Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am
Thursday - PiYo at The Athletic Club - 12-1 pm
Friday - HIIT @ The Little Theater and on Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am
