October Water Challenge!
Hey Team!!! Who wants to have more energy, snack less, and boost immunity??? You do!!! Here’s your chance to join the October SoulShine Water Challenge and feel the benefits of hydration. It’s pretty simple. Say the word and I’ll add you to the list.
Basically, you’ll be challenging yourself to drink the water for the full month of October but with the motivation and support of knowing that you’re part of a team of water drinkers who are in the exact same boat as you. You have choices though. You can shoot for a 1/2 gallon or go for the full monty of a full gallon per day.
I’ve been drinking a gallon of water each day for about a decade, at this point. It's pretty easy for me now because it’s just part of my life and a habit that I’ve continued throughout the years. I fill up a gallon jug and keep it on my counter and then just make sure that it's gone by bedtime. I never leave home without my water bottle either. It wasn't always easy for me to get the water in and it probably won't be easy for you in the beginning but that's why it's called a CHALLENGE!!
