Change. It isn't easy. It's tough to not reach for the fridge handle at 9 pm or open a box of carbs during the afternoon witching hour. It takes motivation to get out of bed, throw on your sneakers, and get to an exercise session. We call it willpower and the more you use it, the easier it becomes to find it. I promise.
Once you harness your power and make a change (or several) and once you decide that what you actually need is to figure out how to be healthy, you will see real results. Sweet treats and carb filled snacks found in the middle aisles are not what your body needs or actually wants. It wants to move. It wants to play. It wants to eat green things. It wants to workout surrounded by motivated and amazing people who make you feel strong, supported, and energized.
Change. It isn't easy. It's kind of a tough bitch! But do you know what? So are you. Change will make you feel powerful, in control, and able. Change one thing now. Close your eyes and decide to change just one thing this week. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Other positive changes will follow and before you know it, you won’t be craving those unhealthy habits anymore, you’ll crave a healthy body.
Now’s the time to take your health seriously. You are worth it. Love yourself enough to live a healthy lifestyle. The end.
