Cookies and Cocktails and Christmas, oh my!

Hello to all of you, SoulShiners,

As your Personal Trainer, I ask you to keep on moving this week. Find ways to get in some sweaty exercise whenever you can. Run and jump and play and move with the people you love!

As your Health Coach, I ask you to get that H2O inside of your bod as much as possible, to slow down your brain before you eat by taking a few breathers, to consider your choices with the "I've got this and I'm not going to let it all go to hell in two weeks" perspective, and to get some good shut eye. When faced with cookies and charcuterie and cocktails, be moderate. Have fun, be kind to yourself, and really savor the yummy things and the special times. Kay?

Tuesday - HIIT Yoga Fusion at home - 8:15-9:15 am

Thursday - PiYo at home - 8:15-9:15 am

Friday - Happy New Year!! - no HIIT

My goal this week will be to exercise 5 or 6 times, drink a gallon of water each day, sleep a solid 8 hours each night, and choose healthy foods that will make my brain and my body feel super psyched and happy!
