Happy Holidays!

Hello to all of you, my fitness family!

As your Personal Trainer, I ask you to keep on moving this week. Find ways to get in some sweaty exercise whenever you can. Get outside, run and jump and play and move, with the people you love!

As your Health Coach, I ask you to get that H2O inside of your bod as much as possible, to slow down your brain before you eat by taking a few breathers, to consider your choices with a "I've got this shit and I'm not going to let it all go to hell in two weeks" perspective, and to get some good shut eye. When faced with cookies and charcuterie and booze, be moderate. Have fun, be kind to yourself, and really savor the yummy things. Kay?

For the next two weeks, our schedule is super modified....

Keep it going with the Sweaty Selfies, if you're into it! I'm going to take a rest day today and then get back to it tomorrow. My goal this week will be to exercise 5 or 6 times, drink a gallon of water, sleep 8 hours, and 85% of the food that I eat will be made with my super healthy and athletic perspective. :)
