Power Pose

Good morning, SoulShiners! Every single day I see people on their cell phones walking, sitting, and standing with their heads bent forward. I find it super hard to restrain myself from walking over to their bodies and realigning them. Text neck is a real thing that we have to consider and combat. Stand tall, sit tall, and walk tall, with shoulder blades pulled into your ribcage, chest aimed up and out, ears away from your shoulders, and the top of your head to zenith. I'm sure that not one of us hopes and dreams and wishes of being 80 and hunched. Realign yourself and your loved ones and power pose the shit out of life!
