Aloha, team!! Hawaii is gorgeous and we're having the best time, but I really miss all of you! We've relaxed on the beach, jumped off of cliffs, hiked to waterfalls, seen massive whales jump out of the ocean, run lots of outside miles, and eaten delicious fresh fruit and fish.

Today we'll boat out to Molokini Crater to snorkel and then tomorrow we'll wake up super early and drive to the top of Haleakala to see the sunrise. Back in Vermont on Valentine's Day and then straight back into our happy life with snow and yummy water and leading all of you ladies in classes and sessions...yay!!! While I love vacations, I really love being back home.

How have your past couple of weeks been? Good food, lots of water, and restful sleep? I hope so! :) Keep progressing this week, whether it be increasing your resistance while strength training, finding sustainable ways to cut back on calories, or jumping a little higher in your's all good!!! XO
