Happy Sunday, everyone!!! Just like we plant our garden in the summer, it's also a great time to plant wellness ideas in our mind. Let today be the day that you either create a new plan or reevaluate your current one. Spend the summer watering, feeding, and nurturing your wellness and then by the fall you can harvest your bounty. Yahoo!

***We are now 7 weeks away from the Spartan Sprint in Killington!!! For those of you on the SoulShine Sprint Team, I hope that you're excited and training. If not, now is the time to begin. I'd like to come up with a time to visit some of the obstacles in Pittsfield. Also, let's start some field training at The Prosper Valley School on either Wed or Thurs nights. Please let me know which would be better for you and then I'll solidify the time/day.
Make sure that you're practicing hanging and pulling your body up. We have a pull up bar in our house and I've been using it more now than I ever have. Pull ups are not really my forte so I place a chair behind me and then put my toes on it to do them. I've been doing 3 sets of 10 throughout the day and I try to really focus on pulling with my lats (under the armpits). Let me know your preferred day/time!! :):) ***
