I hope that this message finds you happy, rested and feeling ready to roll into this week. Check in with yourself now pretty please. Are you feeling ready? If you answered yes, good for you and yay! If no was your answer, try your best to figure out what will increase your joy and contentment. It could be getting outside to go for a walk with a loved one or working in your garden to get it put to bed for the winter (that's what I'm doing today!!), or maybe sitting in a quiet corner of your home with a good book and a blanket. Let's all make it a goal to lay our heads on the pillow tonight with good, healthy and loving vibes, kay? Kay.
SoulShine Schedule - please sign up for your classes - sign ups are $12 and drop ins are $15. I'm trying out a new class on Tuesday mornings that is getting lots of love. Instead of HIIT Yoga, I've been leading a Power Yoga class - full of sun salutations, push ups, stretching poses and a sprinkling in of my fave - burpees!! Come check it out. As always, every single class that I lead can be modified. Remember that we aren't ever competing with each other, SoulShiners are supportive, welcoming and encouraging!!!
