Here we are on day 3 of our water challenge. We have about 20 daring and motivated (and most likely full) challengers, which is amazing. Keep up the great work, team! It will get easier, I promise, and just imagine how beautiful and plump your spinal discs and brain will be!!!
I'm really hoping that this post finds you happy, relaxed, cozy, and well rested but if not, no worries. Today’s a new day! Remember to get your movement in. It will help you de-stress and as I often say, you won't regret it, I promise. Have you ever finished a workout and then felt badly about yourself? Most likely the answer is a resounding NO WAY!!!
Get in there, get it done, drink your water, eat to nourish your bones and organs and muscles and skin, go to bed early, stand tall, breathe deeply, and love your loves.
