This season has been full - ups and downs and all arounds and although it breaks my heart that we’ll have to say goodbye to our first born as he goes off to BU on Thursday, I’m also excited for him and ready(ish) for this new chapter.
I really love summertime but I’m also a big fan of the changing of seasons and I’m welcoming that “fall feeling” and the consistency that it brings. I’m a schedule gal so kids going back to school kind of settles my brain in a way that’s positive and from the talks I’ve had with others recently, I think the same goes for most.
If you’ve fallen off the wellness train over the past couple of months with the business of summer, now’s the perfect time to jump back on. Remember your “why” and make a plan. Taking time to move your body each day, in whatever way works for you and your schedule, will be helpful to your body, your brain, your happiness and the happiness of those around you, I promise!
