Eat Well!!

Hey friends!  Now's the time to sign up for the SoulShine classes you'd like to join this week.  Monday's class has been up and down, in terms of attendance, so if you want to join tomorrow's HIIT, please let me know asap.  I will make the call by 7 pm tonight on whether or not we'll have it.  

Just a quick reminder that if you're feeling under the weather or if you've been around someone who is sick, skip the in-person workouts, please.  We will continue to keep the doors open, while in-person, so dress accordingly.  

SoulShine Schedule:

Monday - HIIT - Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am

Tuesday - HIIT Yoga Fusion - In-Person and Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am

Thursday - PiYo - Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am

Friday - HIIT - In-Person and Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am

Please take good care of yourself.  Eat the food that is nourishing to your body.  Eat all of the food - a lot of the good and healthy food and a little of the more unhealthy choices.  Drink water, get 8 hours of sleep, and work up a sweat on most days.  Get sunlight, hang with family and friends, and let your SoulShine!
