Now's the perfect time to remind all of you lovely readers that it is always better to do something good for your health and wellbeing rather than nothing at all.
Standing is better than sitting. Walking around is better than being still. Drinking some water is better than nothing at all and eating some fruits and veggies is better than eating none.
Do a little something right now that makes you feel happy. Do something for your body that makes you feel empowered and successful, because being proud of yourself feels so damn good. Doing little positive things over and over can really add up and lead to big change. Throw that into your back pocket, along with your scapulae, you can throw those in too.
