Take a minute now to choose three short term goals for this week that will help you move forward - one nutrition goal, one physical activity goal, and one behavioral goal. They don’t have to be GIANT goals, keep them small and simple. Write them down and then reevaluate next Sunday. How did you do? Were you able to meet your goals?
