Hello to all of you lovely people!! I hope that this past week has been great - that you remembered to move your body and drink a ton of water. I'm psyched to be back into the swing of things with you this week and I hope that you're feeling motivated today to attack your goals with a full and hearty gusto!

I just want to take a minute to thank all of you. Thank you for making my job so fun and rewarding! I'm really lucky to be able to hang with you and lead you! Here's to you, to us, to exercising because we want to be strong and energized and able. Here's to drinking water, to eating well 85ish percent of the time, to sleeping 8 hours per night. Most importantly, here's to our lives being full and fun and amazing! Cheers, cheers, lots of love and thanks!!!
