Water Is Your Friend
Hello to all of you and hope that your weekend has been full of great things.
If you’re playing along with the SoulShine H2O Challenge, good for you! As we enter our third week of the challenge, I’m hoping that your bloating is going down (if you had any of that) along with your appetite. I hope that your gallon has become your sidekick and that you’re not waiting until 6 pm to chug your last 60 ounces. Have you found that your energy has increased and that your skin and hair is more radiant?
Water is your friend and drinking a bunch of it will benefit your body in so many ways. It supports heart health, improves circulation, flushes out toxins, supports muscle building, enhances brain function, boosts your immune system, prevents headaches, supports your joints and helps your body absorb nutrients.
Go pour a glass, down it and then pour another. It’s a very easy thing to do and so worth it. Your future self will thank you.
