Morning, folks. I hope that you’re all able to get out this weekend and enjoy the sunshine! Definitely ready for more snow but the shining sky feels good.
If you’re playing along with the SoulShine H2O Challenge, good for you! We have 17 lucky players and I’m hoping for 17 super lucky finishers! It’s really no joke to drink a gallon of water per day. If you found yourself thinking "Shit! I was less than splendid with my H2O intake this weekend", today is a new day. Begin again. As we enter our second week of the challenge, I’m hoping that your bloating is going down (if you had any of that) along with your appetite. I hope that your gallon has become your sidekick, that you’re not waiting until 6 pm to chug your last 60 ounces, and my true hope is that you aren’t craving intense flavor in your drinks anymore.
This week you may find that you’re super thirsty, like you just can’t get enough. You’ll probably find that you have more energy, that your skin and hair is more radiant, and that you’re sleeping better. Everyone is different so if some of these things aren’t happening in your world, just wait and keep drinking. I promise you that when the month is complete, you’ll feel healthier, motivated, and pretty much just overall pleased with your rock steady drive! Go you!!!
