Below is this week's Schedule. Sign up (and settle up for any past classes) pretty please. I know that this week is super busy for a lot of us so let's make sure we take the time to get our movement in. We'll be outside for M, T, and F classes if weather permits.
Monday: HIIT at TLT and Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am
Tuesday: HYF at TLT and Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am
Thursday: PiYo at TAC and Zoom - 12-1 pm
Friday: HIIT at TLT and Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am
