Take Good Care
Good morning and happy Sunday! Waking up today, I’m feeling ready to get back into my organized and motivated mindset for the week. I have my list of things that I aim to accomplish, while still maintaining some sense of ease and relaxation.
This past week has been lovely and hard and sweet and cozy, all at the same time. I know how people feel when they say that the holidays can be tough - I haven’t always. Although this is the case, it doesn’t negate or overpower all of my beautiful memories or happy times to come. I have always adored this time of year and still look forward to this upcoming month - feeling healthy and secure and joyful and also probably sometimes sad, but that’s okay. It’s all part of this thing called life.
Today I want to remind each of you that we don’t have to do it all. We can say yes AND say no. We should try our hardest to take good care of our bodies and our minds so that we can enter into 2024 feeling good. Let’s move and groove and get good rest. Let’s eat well and drink all the water. Here’s to giving ourselves time to get into a good book or puzzle or hopefully both! If you are feeling your best, you’ll be the best you can be for your family, that’s a fact. Take good care.
