Keep It Rolling!
Happy Sunday, SoulShiners,
We’re almost there…..to the time when we’re able to be together in all of our sweaty glory!!! Also please know that when we begin our in-person classes, I will still find a way to continue on with the Zooms, for our distance movers. I’m so excited and looking forward to all of it super BIG time! Until then, let’s keep the SoulShine virtual train rolling with another week of Zooms. This week’s goal - take good care of your body. Eat foods that nourish and propel you. Drink all of the water so that you can feel clean and clear. Move your body every day in one way or another. Go to bed early and if you wake up in the middle of the night, use your strong focus of mind to relax your body and brain back into the sleep state. And finally, rock each of these things so that you can shine, shine, shine the shit out of your life and the lives of the people around you. Boom!
