Just Keep Moving!

Hey friends! Hope you’ve had an amazing weekend and are rocking those sips of H2O!! If you’re playing along with our water challenge, then you’re super duper “in it” at this point. Is it getting easier for you to get all of the ounces in and is your body really craving that hydrated feeling? I hope so! Keep up the great work, challengers!


Here is our SoulShine Schedule for this week. Please remember this little bit. If you stop walking up stairs, you won’t be able to walk up stairs. If you stop hiking uphill, you won’t be able to hike uphill. If you stop resisting gravity, you won’t be able to resist gravity. You get the gist. Point is to just keep moving!


Monday: HIIT on the court and Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am

Tuesday: HIIT Yoga Fusion on the court and Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am

Thursday: PiYo on the court and Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am

Friday: HIIT on the court and Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am
