Hey team! I hope that you've had a lovely weekend, that you were able to get outside and spend some chill time, filling up your tank. We have 21 water challengers at this point and I'm so excited to hear how it's been for you these past few days. You're most likely beginning to feel the effects of having a hydrated body. Have you found that you're more thirsty than usual, by any chance? LMK. :)
Take a moment now and decide on your wellness plan for the week. What will you choose to do to take care of yourself? Lets all put in the work so that we can reap the rewards later on. It takes effort and dedication. Moving in one way or another every day, drinking a ton of water, getting good shut eye and filling your belly with healthy food is where it's at, as we know. There is no secret formula. You've got to put in the work.
