Be Strong and Powerful!!!
Hey friends! I just finished up a weekend full of movement.......all day moving. Pulling and pushing and lifting and twisting. And now the garden is in, the deck is painted, and everything is green and pretty. Phew!
As I reflect on this, I'm happy and thankful that I have the opportunity to do all the things that need to get done around the house this time of year and I'm 100 percent confident that the work I do in my studio and in classes helps me to perform and have the endurance needed to move all day.
Schedule in this week's workouts please, for your body, mind and soul. Lift weights, jump around, drink water, sleep well and eat things that make you feel nourished. All the work you do in the gym, in a class, in your session or in the great wide open, will help you with the strength and power it takes to move through life and get things done. The end.
