Be Awesome!!!

Soooooo you had a bad day. You went to bed too late or you didn't drink enough water or you overindulged in chocolate or cheese or alcohol or all of the above? Here's my simple question for you. How did you deal with it? Did you berate yourself and dwell on your not so great choices or did you move on and remember that each day is a new day to be better? Hopefully the latter because guess what, that negative self-talk will sabotage your confidence and motivation. Tell those thoughts to take a hike. They are soooooo not worthy of your time. The end. xo
