Hey SoulShiners! I'm sending out a short note this week just to say hi and see how you're doing. As I've heard from many of you the past few weeks, September is crazy busy. Life, work, going back to school, adjusting to new routines, etc., can make this month kind of scattered and hectic. I'm totally with you.
Here's what I would like for you to practice this week. Continue with your plentiful water routine. Make lists to help you organize your life. Go to bed earlier than usual to make sure that you're getting enough sleep. Eat the food that you know you should be eating. Stretch, move your body, help those around you, smile, and try to remember that taking care of yourself is VERY, VERY important to your health (obviously) but also to everyone who loves you.
