This class is just FUN. ❤️ Cardio Dance combines easy-to-follow choreography with plenty of movement to get your heart pumping, build endurance, improve coordination, and give your mood a boost. You don't need to be a dancer, and you definitely don't need to get every step right. Just show up, move your body, enjoy the music, and have some fun with a really great group of people. It's cardio that doesn't feel quite so much like cardio - and chances are, you'll leave smiling. Sign-ups $15. Drop-ins $18. Pay online $18.
