I want to be able to do a split (on both sides) when I'm 80. That's my why. In order to achieve this lofty goal, two things are required - that I'm living at 80 (obviously) and that I'll have the strength and flexibility needed. That's why I move my body, in one way or another, every day. That's why I keep my weight at a healthy level. That's why I stretch, sleep 8 hours and drink a gallon of water each day.
