More Changes

Hey team! I hope that you've had a fabulous weekend. What a beaut!

Last week I asked you to think about making a SMART goal(s). Mine was to run 2 times per week (not pretty, not pretty at all but I did it!!) and not drink alcohol for 3 days (oh baby!!). I was successful and look forward to continuing these goals for the remainder of September. Did you set a goal and if so, how did you do last week? Please remember that I am here to help you follow through with any and all goals that you make. :)

Kay, so as we move through this time, we're all realizing that we can't get too comfy with our schedules because they are ch ch ch ch changing all the time. Here we are again with a SoulShine change.

As of this week, I will not be able to teach our outdoor classes. The pool deck has been a great venue but it's no longer available. We will be moving inside of The Little Theater for our Tuesday and Friday classes. Obviously, social distancing will be in place. 10 people max. Masks required until you've found your spot. No masks required during workout. :)

Another change to note is this week's Friday HIIT may not happen. My father is having a surgery (he's going to be fine, yay!) on Friday. Not yet sure when he needs to be at the hospital. If it's early, then I'll have to cancel. I'll let you know when I know.

Please take a moment to read through this week's schedule and sign up for any classes that you're planning on taking. If you sign up for an in person class, I'll let you know if you have the spot and if it's full by the time you sign up, I'll put you on a waitlist. :)

SoulShine Schedule for this week - class cost is $12. Recordings of all classes are available. Please stay up to date with payment. If you're taking a class on Zoom, look for a link email from me by 6:30 am on the day of your class.

Tuesday - HIIT - in person at The Little Theater and on Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am

Thursday - PiYo - on Zoom - 8:15-9:15 am

Friday - tentative HIIT - in person at The Little Theater and on Zoom - 8:15-9:15
