Tuesday - PiYo at The Rec- 8:15-9:15 am
Thursday - PiYo at The Athletic Club - 12-1 pm
Friday - HIIT at The Rec - 8:15-9:15 am
Here's to us, to letting our body dictate when and how much we eat instead of our emotions, to replacing comfort food with food that will make our organs feel strong. Here's to finding the source of stress by identifying triggers and then finding healthy habits to manage that stress. Here's to eliminating the actions that make us feel guilty.....life is too short for that shit. Here's to moving and grooving and living and being. Cheers and love!
