Hey ladies and gents!! Happy Sunday!!! I'm still in the sunny south and having a blast but I'm missing you too!! Lots of really amazing family time, running every day, and a couple of HIIT sessions thrown in. Still getting in my gallon of water, good sleep, and vitamin d.....BUT overindulging in the food and booze department. Work hard, play hard, is the motto that I've been following on vacation. Wednesday's motto will be work hard, play a little, to get back on track. :)
I hope that you have spent time taking care of yourself since I've been away...drinking water, eating healthy foods, rocking out your workouts, getting solid rest, and breathing deeply. I'll be flying back home to VT on Tuesday, so our HIIT class on Monday and PiYo class on Tuesday will be cancelled. I'm really looking forward to PiYo on Thursday and HIIT on Friday though!!! Yay!

Monday - no HIIT Tuesday - no PiYo Thursday - PiYo at The Athletic Club - 12-1 pm Friday - HIIT at Woodstock Rec - 8:15-9:15 am
Spend some time today organizing and planning how you'll choose to be healthy this week. Maybe get some meal prep done or schedule in your workouts. Fill up a jug of water and try to drink the whole thing. Go to bed early and remember to stand tall...just my 2 cents.
