Happy Sunday! So, I'm going to be totally honest with you now and say that I am very certain that I had one too many glasses of wine last night. I woke up with a headache that didn't go away too easily, let me tell you. But now I'm good. I kicked my own ass in an hour long HIIT sesh (which took a super amount of motivation), got my gallon in, and now the Steelers are on! Work hard, play hard (maybe I should play a little less hard????).
Make sure that you're keeping the intake in check and rocking out your sweaty time. Keep it as even as you can these next two weeks so that you're not super far behind on New Year's Day. It's not about perfection, folks, it's about doing the best that you can. Go, you! :)
Thank you so much for your responses to my scheduling email that I sent on Friday. I heard from most of you and it sounds like we are going to be pretty full in classes these next two weeks. Yahoo!!! This week, I have an opening for a personal session on Wed at noon. :) Let me know if you want it.
