Virtual Classes!

Hello Team! I hope that this email finds you well and figuring out ways to stay positive, healthy, and happy. I am trying to be here for you in whatever way that you need. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to help you. Kay?


This past week has pushed me out of my comfort zone, giving me the opportunity to get creative, which has brought on a new sense of empowerment. We are all learning how to adapt and I think that we're doing a phenomenal job at it. I feel a strong sense of community and support and for that, I thank you!


This week I will lead 4 classes. Below you will see information on how to log in to classes via Zoom, how to sign up and pay for class, and a link to the mandatory online waiver that needs to be signed by you. Please don't forget to sign up, pay, and fill out the waiver form. Thanks!


One more thing - new challenge!!! Social Distancing Sweaty Selfies!!! Who wants to play? Take a picture getting your sweat on and then post it to facebook or instagram and don't forget to #soulshinetraining!!! Just a fun, little game to pass the time and stay connected.

Monday - HIIT with weights - 8:15-9:15 am Tuesday - HIIT (body weight) and Isometrics - 8:15-9:15 am Thursday - PiYo - 8:15-9:15 am Friday - HIIT with weights - 8:!5-9:15 am

How do you get access to Zoom Live-stream Class?


1. Sign up for class at least 12 hours in advance by emailing me at soulshinetraining@gmail.com.

2. Sign up for a Zoom account if you don't already have one. It's super easy and free. If you are using a laptop, go to https://www.zoom.us - if you are using phone or iPad, you can download the Zoom app in the App Store.

3. You will receive an invitation to join the Zoom class via your email approximately 30 minutes before class begins. Please make sure that I have your current email address. Click on the zoom link a few minutes before class begins and if it’s your first time joining via Zoom, sign on earlier to make sure that your video works properly.

4. Mute your Zoom microphone when you join the group.

5. If you haven't done so already, please request the mandatory online waiver form which I will email to you.

6. Each class is $10. Please either Venmo or PayPal before class starts or directly after so that you don't forget. Venmo - Jody-Eaton-1 PayPal - Jody Eaton
