Responsibilities


My Responsibility - to inspire and motivate you, to make you sweat, to get you to drink more water, to help you remember that your health is VERY important, to always search for ways to learn and grow, and to remind you how amazing and awesome and capable you are.

Your Responsibility - to consider all food and drink you put into your body, to plan as much movement as you can into your day, to get plenty of sleep, to stand tall, to stretch, to find your motivation, and to remember how amazing and awesome and capable you are.

What's your movement/eating plan for this week? Here's mine - Monday HIIT, Tuesday PiYo/client day, Wednesday run 4 miles/client day, Thursday PiYo/client day, Friday HIIT, Saturday run 8 miles, Sunday rest day. I will drink 1 gallon of water per day. I will only eat food that will help me attain my goal, which is to drop 5 pounds this month. Boom!

Plan out your week now. If you would like to book a session this week with me, I have a couple of openings on Tuesday and Wednesday for some PT love. :)

Monday - HIIT at Woodstock Rec - 8:15-9:15 am

Tuesday - PiYo at Woodstock Rec - 8:15-9:15 am

Thursday - PiYo at Woodstock Rec - 12-1 pm

Friday - HIIT at Woodstock Rec - 8:15-9:15 am
